But SHOCK AND AWE, written by my friend David Isaak, published by Pan Macmillan, is well worth plugging.

David is an excellent wordsmith. One of the few writers I know who handles suspense, humor, and action equally well. With dirty bombs, realistic spycraft, and terror plots that spark true terror, you won't want to miss reading this book! The guy can flat-out write

    To whatever powers that may or may not be, I pray that no other book I write takes this long to complete. Fortunately, I’m learning a lot on this one, so maybe they won’t.
